Shipping & Delivery

All Japanese products will be shipped via Japan Post from JAPAN.
All other products will be shipped via UPS/USPS/Fedex from USA.
If shipping carrier is Japan Post, tracking number is only available on EMS service.
You can check how many days will your order needs to be delivered on shipping cart page clicking by 'Estimate Shipping Cost' button.
All estimated ETA is approximate, and will be delayed by weather or transportation issues.
We are not responsible for any duty or customs fees, and we do not refund such fees.
You have to check your country's duty or custom fees before placing order.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. We will not accept any returns or replacements.
If you got a defective item, please let us know within 7days from arrival with images. We only sell Brand-New, Unopened and Unused items.
All replacement for defctive items will need at least 7 working days + shipping.

*All products within Glocery&Beverages category is not accepted any returns nor refunds.

**Your computer or devices may display wrong color than original color of product photos. We do not take any responsibility on how your device display its color or how you feel its color if we delivered a correct item. We are checking color tastes on every product photos whether the color is exact same or almost same as actual products, and will not display any photos which color is different than actual product. You are responsible to configure your computer's color profile correctly. For details about color profile setting on your computer, please contact customer support for your computer manufacturer. We strongly recommend you to browse our webshop using computers, iPhones, iPads, Androids, Windows Phones. Some old computers and phones may display wrong color than original even if you set a correct color profile on it.

***If you are returning Unopend and Unused item in only case of emergency such as you are experiencing inevitable natural disaster or misfortune, you are responsible to pay returning shipping and tariff (if applied) for sending back the item to the sender our package indicates. If you are returning Opened and Unused item in the same case, there would be 30% of restocking fee. We do not accept any return for Used item. Opened item is the item matching following conditions, unwrapped and removed plastic bags, opened or damaged retail packages or removed product tags. We may only can issue any refunds after we received and checked a returned item from you. Issuing refunds may take up to 3-7 working days.


You have to place an order on our website, on online. We do not accept any orders by phone, by mail, bay FAX at this point.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payment will be processed via PayPal, the world's secure payment method. We do not accept any payments like Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer or any other online payment methods.
PayPal VERIFIED account required to be the orders processed for all customers.
Price is what you can see at the ordering. Our products' prices are always changing because of our suppliers' or manufacturers' price change. We do not refund or charge for any price variation of items after the date you placed an order.
We always check the prices are latest and reliable, but some products on our website may be mispriced or had old price. If an item's correct price is higher than the price on product page or your order confirmation, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation by email.
